I wasn't exactly here to finish my own Contour drawings at the time, but I have already done so. So, I am just going to use examples off of google to explain my perspective, experience, and opinion on them, and my experience while making my first Contour drawing (which I can't seem to find my first sheet that I made). From what I learned about Contour drawing, it is a very tricky thing to do. While doing my first Contour drawing, I always had the urge to look at my page so I could see if I made any mistakes. Which is obviously the entire point of Contour drawing. Just like these images shown, I guess the whole point is making mistakes, hence the reason why it's called Contour drawing. For example, I tried drawing my hand. And the entire time I just wanted to look down at the page and correct all the mistakes and imperfections that I made to that drawing. I actually really enjoy Contour drawing, because it's sort of free handed and you don't really have to put any effort into it. It's sort of like you're doing your own thing. And, in my opinion, it's sort of like the more worse you do, the better mark you'd get because that kind of proves that you actually didn't look at your page. And trust me, I did absolutely terrible. But also if you do good while doing blind Contour drawings, it also shows how much talent you have while looking away from your page. That's just my experience/opinion though.

Transitions between Greek Sculptures.
The second section represents the Classical Greek God sculptures. The reason these were formed was because they wanted a change from the Archaic period to the now Classical period.
The third set of pictures represents the Hellenistic period.
